Date: Friday 12 July, Time: 10am-12pm Location: Alice Springs Public Library Lawns
In celebrating NAIDOC week, the Alice Springs Public Library is hosting a community event on the
library lawns. The community event will include:
1) Arrernte Story Time by Maureen Jipiyiliya Nampijinpa O'Keefe reading "Mum's Elephant".
2) Arts and Craft activity with a focus on "honouring the enduring strength and vitality of First Nations
culture"
3) Sausage Sizzle for bringing the community in.
4) Elders Morning Tea to celebrate and honour First Nations Leaders.
