Australia's Native Supermarket

The event is part of a collaboration between South Australian Research and development Institute (SARDI), Red Centre Enterprises, First Nations Elders and communities which aims to support the development of information and training materials that can increase awareness and preserve the knowlwdge of Australian Natives Food and Medicine plants. We will be launching the first booklet that showcases 20 of these native plants, provide tastings of the raw plants and showcasing some products that can be produced using these plants.
