NAIDOC Week Art Exhibition

o In celebration of NAIDOC Week, Investa & Sheldon invite you to join us in the lobby on Monday 4 July from 12:00pm to commemorate the launch of our week long NAIDOC art exhibition featuring local First Nations Artists. This year’s theme “Get up, Stand up, Show up!” encourages all of us to champion institutional, structure, collaborative and cooperative change while celebrating those who have already driven and led change in First Nations communities over generations. The exhibition features a wide variety of artwork that celebrates the history, culture and achievements of First Nations Peoples and reflects the role we all need to play to champion change. These artworks will be displayed for the entirety of NAIDOC week and will be available for purchase. Plate Events will be onsite serving up contemporary native Australia bush flavour canapés. Think leek and pepperberry feta bruschetta, popcorn prawn with wild lime, chilli & ginger dripping sauce, wattle seed and Nutella brownie bites and for the more adventurous, emu & tomato arancini with saltbush aioli. The Jannawi Dance Clan will be kicking off the art exhibition launch with a stunning performance for your enjoyment. From Investa and the team at Sheldon, we hope to see you there.
