NAIDOC Week Promotion - Static Display at our Family Fun Day

There will be a static display promoting NAIDOC Week and the theme, Heal Country! The static display will include the text from the NAIDOC site explaining the theme 'Heal Country' and what it means, along with tips on ways people can help to heal country in their own homes (eg. planting plants that were indigenous to their part of Wagga Wagga, removing woody weeds, encouraging biodiversity). The Wagga Wagga maps from the South West Slopes Revegetation Guide will also be provided so people can see what plants were indigenous to their part of the city to inspire more planting of these in home gardens.
